First Class Delivery (1-2 working days)
Second Class Delivery (3-5 working days) 

Special Delivery (Guaranteed before 1pm next working day)
 
If the item is personalised it will take between 1-6 working days to be dispatched.  

If you need your item quicker please send us an email with your order number. 

RETURNS

If you would like to return an item please email violets_clothing@hotmail.com.

You have 10 working days from the delivery date to return your purchase from for exchange or credit only. Credit will last for a year from the date your return is received.  

The items must have all their labels attached and be in perfect condition upon their return and in its original packaging if possible.

Returns / exchanges can take up to 14 working days and sent back to the customer this is due to stock levels at the time of return.

When returning your item please send recorded delivery as it is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Customised and personalised items are non refundable.
